There are no restrictions
concerning specific caterers, planners or entertainment groups.
The building is shown by appointment only. Reservations are
accepted up to one year in advance. Go here

Our current rental prices range
from $250 for weekdays to $800 on Saturday. A 50% reservation
deposit and contract are required. There is a 60 day cancellation
notice required.
There is a separate cleaning
charge ranging from $75 to $125 depending upon the size of
the event. Also, a refundable Security/Damage deposit is required
ranging from $100 to $500 depending upon the day of the event
and if alcohol is served. This deposit is due at the time
of rental, then returned in about 2 weeks if no damages are
assessed.
