There are no restrictions
concerning specific caterers, planners or entertainment groups. The
building is shown by appointment only. Reservations are accepted up to one
year in advance.
Our current rental prices range
from $250 for weekdays to $800 on Saturdays, to the
general public, with a 50% reservation deposit and contract
required. There is a 60 day cancellation notice required.
There is a separate cleaning charge ranging from $75 to $125 depending upon the size of the event.
